Shipping policy

All items will be shipped via USPS.

This is a MADE TO ORDER website; meaning all orders will ship between 10-21 Business days. Our business days are Monday through Thursday, excluding federal holidays. If TAT is different, there will be a special notice listed on the Collection and/or Product. For any and all shipments, tracking will be provided. Please note, USPS First Class does not provide insurance for packages.

Once your items are packaged and mailed to you, I am not responsible if lost, stolen, or misplaced due to incorrect shipping information.

That being said, please be sure to review and enter the correct shipping address BEFORE checkout. Given that several orders are processed at a time, it is most helpful that the correct address be listed so that the shipping process can be as seamless as possible.

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit. 

We personally drop these off at the post office and get a receipt for shipping confirmation or are present for USPS Pickup.

***PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU UNDERSTAND - if your item is lost in the mailing system, I am not responsible for replacing the items.

Should you need rushed delivery, please let me know and I will make the option available to you at the appropriate time.

Route Shipping Protection is offered at time of checkout; please ensure that you select this option at checkout to insure your package once it leaves my possession.
